Joseph He

He graduated from Xidian University and Sichuan University and spent his early years working and studying in Japan. He has worked in large state-owned enterprises and the government, and is currently employed by many universities as a visiting professor and postgraduate tutor. In 2024, he co-founded the Chengdu Zero-Carbon Collaborative Innovation Promotion Association and served as a director. He has been engaged in scientific research, scientific and technological exchanges and international exchanges for a long time.

He has published several translations, including “Six Sigma Management Law” (Japanese), “Society” (Japanese), “Skin Science” (Japanese), “Evolution” (Japanese), “Cosmetic Hair Science” (Japanese), “Hydraulic Excavator Operation Manual” (Japanese), “Hino Motor” (Japanese), etc. He has been responsible for the organization and management of simultaneous interpretation of several international conferences, such as the Western Expo, the Soft Trade Fair, the China-EU Fair, the Global Automotive Forum, the International New Energy Conference, the Asian Education Forum, the United Nations World Tourism Organization Assembly (UNWTO).
