Grace Liu

Grace Liu specializes in trademark, copyright, and domain name protection. She handles various cases in the field of film media; electronic commerce, apparel and accessories; cosmetics; fashion products, food and beverages, apparel and publishing services. She has extensive experience representing domestic and foreign client in their IP matters.

She has gained clients’ high appreciation particularly in relation to the trademark design, consultation, applications, disputes, assignment, licensing, and enforcement in China. She represents many well-known brand owners in protecting their trademarks and has handled many infringement cases, domain name dispute, customs recordal for domestic and international clients. Ms. Liu has a good understanding of trademark laws and practice in China and other jurisdictions. She has assisted various domestic companies in their trademark protection in other countries.

Ms. Liu obtained her B.A. degree from Zhengzhou University and has been involved in trademark area more than 17 years. She is currently a member of INTA and AIDV. Ms. Liu is proficient in English and Chinese.
