The Sichuan International Technical Transfer Center of West China (SITTCWC) is located at No. 11, Section 4, South Renmin Road, Wuhou District, Chengdu, Sichuan Province, with nearly 800 square meters of office space. Centering on the service model of point-line-surface combination, the center focuses on all important links of the international technology transfer service chain, and provides full-chain international technology transfer services for technology provision, technology consultation, technology connection and technology incubation on a global scale.

By carrying out international science and technology exchange and technology transfer service work throughout the year, as well as building an online and offline platform for international technology transfer service, the center effectively gathers the needs of international and domestic enterprises, integrates the technical achievement information resources of production, university and research units, and realizes the accurate and instant matching of supply and demand sides.
